Return Guidelines

To help us keep our inventory in great condition for all clients, please review the following:

Return Items As Packed

All items must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which they were provided.
This includes all boxes, wrapping materials, and protective padding.

Bins & Packaging

Please return all bins provided with your order.
Bins are part of our inventory, and missing bins will be charged for replacement.

Condition of Items

Items do not need to be cleaned before return.
However, they should be returned in the same overall condition as when they left the shop.

Handling & Care

Please handle all props with care during use, transport, and storage.
Avoid applying adhesives, tape, paint, or any materials that may damage the items.

Damages & Missing Items

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items.
Charges will be issued for repair or full replacement value as needed.
