Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. Booking requests can be canceled at no charge before payment is made. Once an invoice is paid, the order is confirmed and the props are reserved for your rental dates.

Paid orders canceled more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund or account credit, less any payment processing fees. Orders canceled 24 to 48 hours before pickup or delivery are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Orders canceled within 24 hours of pickup or delivery are non-refundable.

Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or the rental period has started, the rental is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is available when possible and is subject to item availability. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us with your booking number as soon as possible.
